    High Altitude Estate Pinot Noir comes from our four-acre pinot noir vineyard located directly across the street from our winery. Vines were planted on what was a 100-year-old cherry tree orchard. This terroir leads to subtle hints of cherry that stand out in this wine.

    Grapes were picked from October 2th - 6th with brix of 24-26

    Aged using neutral French oak barrels for 18 months, with 9 months of 100% new french oak staves. 

    unfined and unfiltered.
